Fish Frydays, which will take place on Friday 8th October during British Seafood Week (4th – 11th October), showcasing a variety of smaller sharing plates, centered around British seafood. Head Chef Gordon wanted to do something different this year to mark the week, following a tricky year for the industry.
Gordon says “I think some of us are definitely a bit wary of cooking with and eating certain fish, I want people to try lots of new types of fish dishes to encourage them to be bold with British fish.”
The menu is a fun take on Fish and Chip shop classics such as Red mullet fish finger, leeks and curry sauce, Frickles with garlic sesame hollandaise and Deep fried mars bar with coconut sorbet.
Bookings must be made in advance for the night of the 8th October, with dishes costing between £4 and £14. The full menu can be viewed on our menus page.
